What guides me

I believe in supporting the inevitable, cyclical changes and chapters of life with gentle holding, nourishing tools, and self-discovery rooted in self-acceptance, compassion, curiosity, and play. My work is an experiential journey in softening towards the unknown—our deaths and rebirths throughout life.

In a world that conditions us to live linearly, with clear-cut goals (which have their place), I propose embracing wonder, aliveness, and transformation (alchemy) as lifelong practices. Expansion comes with contraction, and that natural unfolding is meant to be our own unique journey. Yet, as relational beings, we thrive through nurturing support, community, and synergy, embodying our most expansive selves.

For me, this is deeply rooted in Mother energy, a contrast to the rigid structures reinforced by modern systems. So yes, I do want to change the world. But, as my teacher, Sarah Durham Wilson, says:

"First, we make ourselves safe. Then, we make the room safe. Then, we make our communities safe. Then, we make the world safe."

I believe this applies not just to safety, but also to nurturing, love, and acceptance. It starts within—and then, we bring our beautifully human, perfectly imperfect, selves to the world.

And so, my work is an invitation for you to:

  • Know your body through conscious movement and somatic literacy.

  • Understand your energy through Human Design.

  • Explore your unique voice/expression through Kindrêd and Circle.

  • Embrace life cycles via archetypal journeys and cyclical living.

  • Be held—whether by learning to hold yourself, by Nature, in Circle, or through my space-holding.

  • Infuse ritual and ceremony into all of these offerings and in daily life for intentionality and beauty.

I offer this work because I needed it myself. And every day, I commit to embodying this energy, these practices, and this way of being—living what I share and believe in.
